Brewed using 6 different NW varieties of hops at over 2.5 pounds per barrel, RPM IPA focuses on extreme hoppiness rather that bitterness. It’s golden to copper in color with a complex malt profile that will not overshadow the hops. Our flagship, RPM IPA, will satisfy any opinionated hop forward IPA consumer.

Blood Orange Wit is a true Belgian style wheat beer brewed with Wheat, Pilsner, and German malts along with rolled oats for a palette-filling experience that will leave you feeling refreshed. Flavors and aromas of citrus, banana, and spice come from our German yeast strain, hand crushed coriander, and two types of orange peel.

By definition, an India Pale Ale is hoppier and higher in alcohol than its little brother, pale ale-and we deliver in spades. Now one of the most well respected and best-selling IPAs in the country, this golden beauty explodes with citrusy flavor and hop aromas, all perfectly balanced by a subtle malt character. This crisp, extra hoppy brew is hugely refreshing on a hot day, but will always deliver no matter when you choose to drink it.

A deep reddish-brown ale with medium to full body and a lively hop character which makes it particularly refreshing. This is a much fuller style than most amber ales. Original Gravity 1.058

Created by the brewery’s founder, Quilter’s Irish Death is what we call a dark, smooth, ale. Any attempt at classifying it just ends up sending beer geeks into a style guidelines diatribe. So forget style guidelines. Is your pursuit of micro beer about tasting copies of a style that fit guidelines anyways? (Neither is ours) We lovingly refer to it as beer candy. While tempting to session this beer, the name is a necessary reminder that despite the surprising approachability, this beer weighs in at a hefty 7.8% ABV.

Based on our popular first Fresh Hop IPA, this is our year round addition and now our best seller. We hop-burst this IPA with Simcoe, Amarillo and Citra hops for great flavor and balanced bitterness on the finish. It’s also dry-hopped giving it a wonderful hoppy aroma. 6.6% ABV
